Aplas chopping boards are made from industrial grade polyethylene and unlike the majority of the ‘made in Taiwan and China’ moulded boards sold in the UK they are flat, rigid and hardwearing.
Colour coded to prevent cross contamination, the blue board is used for the preparation of raw fish in the kitchens of Hotels, restaurants and cafes but is also used by sandwich makers as blue is the rarest food colour and easily detectable.
Made from the same grade of material used by meat and poultry processors they will withstand serious chopping on a daily basis. And unlike the imports, they will not warp in the dishwasher.
We can add the option of a juice groove to our boards from as little as £1, please contact us to order.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50 [EXCL VAT] Deliveries to Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands will incur an extra charge, please contact us before ordering.
