Our professional chopping boards are suitable for a wide range of applications. We not only provide colour-coded chopping boards for allergen protection, but thick butcher blocks too to make cutting meat that little bit easier.
Staining and cutting marks can have a detrimental impact on the quality of your chopping board. However, our products allow even the sharpest of tools without leaving dark splotches or deep scratches. You don’t even have to worry about cross-contamination as all our boards are odourless and non-porous.
Whether you need a new set of plastic chopping boards before opening your doors for the first time, or just a few replacements, we have something for you. The standard thickness is 12, 20 or 25 mm, but we can also make a chopping board bespoke to your needs.

What is the lifespan of a plastic chopping board in a professional kitchen?
In a busy, professional kitchen environment, plastic chopping boards last from one to five years. With regular cleaning after each use, they can last several years.
Are professional chopping boards safe for use with all types of knives?
Yes, they are suitable for even the sharpest knives. If your plastic boards become scarred over the years, there are many home remedies to make it look brand new.
How many should I purchase?
While the total amount depends on the size of your facility, we recommend at least one coloured chopping board for each food group and one spare backup board per food group. For example, a large cafe may need 20 professional chopping boards.
What size and thickness are recommended for professional chopping boards?
The standard professional chopping board is 18 x 24 inches (45 x 60 cm) in size and 1 inch (2.5 cm) in thickness. Larger boards may require a size of 24 x 36 inches (60 x 90 cm) and thickness of 1.5 to 2 inches (3.8 to 5 cm).
